All Countries Applications Require:

*Include second persons' name if Dual Membership
*Aviary Name if applicable.

*Tell us who referred you to A.C.S.
*Current members, "Renewal" or current membership number

You must be a current USA OR CANADIAN A.C.S. member to order our bands.
You may order bands when you join.

Company will be closed Aug 23 thru Sept 1st and Oct. 4 thru Oct. 13th.
All orders received after October
10th
will be filled with the next year band date.
Next year bands will be shipped after December 26th.
