Our advisors and representatives will be happy to help you with any questions you might have. Many of the questions we receive are now published in our "New Member Booklet" or in our quarterly magazine, so we might also help others that have the same questions as you. The American Cockatiel Society was founded in 1976 by a group of cockatiel enthusiasts who felt the need for a club devoted to the cockatiel. Over the last 27 years we have continued to maintain that original purpose. The club that started out as a very small group of "cockatiel people" has expanded over the years to the largest International cockatiel society.

Our ever evolving magazine features articles that cover the entire interest of cockatiels ranging from interests in pet care, breeding, showing, genetics and veterinary care. Some of these articles are also published on our web site. Our new "Sneak Peak" page offers a small sampling of articles that will be featured in the upcoming issue.
